This section is for organizations interested in purchasing an exhibitor table package or premium sponsorship for the 2025 Labor Assistance Professionals Conference.
Please download and print the attached Call for Exhibitors for complete information. Included in the document are the call letter, exhibitor/vendor table package information, guidlines and requirements, premium sponsorship informaiton, and ethical expectations. The file is available in Word and PDF format for hour convenience.
This year, for the first time, LAP is offering two purchase options for consideration. The first option is our past standard purchase of either Table Package A, B, or C. The second option is the opportunity to purchase a Premium Sponsprship, wich includes all Table Package C benefits.
Note: Option 1 table registration is first come, first served.
Option 2 sponsorships will be decided by lottery dawing if we receive more requests for sponsorships than are available.
Option 1 Offers the Following Table Package Choices and Fees:
(A) $2,200 Includes one (1) 8-foot-wide draped table, and one (1) registrant.
(B) $2,600 Includes one (1) 8-foot-wide draped table, and two (2) registrants.
(C) $3,000 Includes one (1) 8-foot-wide draped table, two (2) paid registrations, and a full-page color ad in the 2025 conference book.
Option 2 Offers the Following Choices and Fees:

Sunday Night Dinner Keynote Sponsorship (only 2 available) $15,000
All Table Package C Benefits.
Plus,a third member of your team attends at no cost.
Your organization's information will be displayed on our huge screens in the meeting room.
Your organization will be acknowledged during the start of the night by a LAP Executive Committee member.
A sign will be provided for your exhibitor table acknowledging your sponsorship.
Breakfast Sponsorship (only 8 available) $10,000
All Table Package C Benefits.
Your organization's information will be displayed on huge our screens in the meeting room.
Your organization will be acknowledged during the start of the morning session by a LAP Executive Committee member.
A sign will be provided for your exhibitor table acknowledging your sponsorship.
Lunch Sponsorship (only six available) $10,000
All Table Package C Benefits.
Your organization's information will be displayed on huge our screens in the meeting room.
Your organization will be acknowledged during the start of the afternoon session by a LAP Executive Committee member.
A sign will be provided for your exhibitor table acknowledging your sponsorship.
Important Note: Deadline for submitting a request for sponsorsip is Wednesday, April 30.
