31st LAP Conference Journal Cover

The 31st LAP Conference at the Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, came to a close on Thursday, July 17. We hope all of the attendees and exhibitor/vendors arrived back home safely.

Election Results

The LAP National Executive Board met in session during the conference on Wednesday, July 16. An election was held by board members at the meeting to fill the National Chairperson and National Treasurer positions on the National Board Executive Committee for a three-year term. Jimmy Angyal (Greater Detroit Chapter) was reelected as National Chairperson, and Deanna Bowersock (Tri State Chapter) was elected as National Treasurer. The board congratulates the successful candidates and thanks outgoing Treasurer Charley Galasinni for his time, work, and dedication over the past three years.

Conference Certificates

Attendees who scanned the posted QR codes duirng the conference presentations will receive thier certificates with credit hours earned from their Chapter Chairpersons or other designated chapter member. If you attended as a union member but not a LAP member, your certificate will be mailed to you by a designated Chapyer Chairperson. Please contact your chapter chairperson with any questions.
