We regretfully announce that long-time LAP member Bill Troy passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2025.
Bill was a member of the LAP New York City Chapter, and he served as a past LAP National Vice Chair. He was also a member of the Yonkers Federation of Teachers and Local 1-2 of the Utility Workers of America, where he was employed by Con Edison. Most recetnly, Bill served as the EAP consultant for the Yonkers Board of Education well into his retirement.
