The 2026 Labor Assistane Professionals Conference will be held July 12-16, 2026 at the Sahara Las Vegas Hotel.
Sponsoring chapters are North Texas (Registration); Greater Detroit (Exhibitors); Midwest (Program); and Colorado Rocky Mountain (Assist).

The room rate is $95 plus 13.38% tax for a total of $107.71 per night. Resort fees are included in the room rate. We have a limited block of reserved roams available. It is strongly suggested to reserve early to avoid any room issues.

Exhibitors/Vendors are responsible for making sure all printed materials are produced at a union shop that shows a union label mark. Distribution of printed materials produced in-house or at a non-union print shop requires the purchase of a 20 x 30 sign for an additional fee of $50 from LAP stating support for organized labor and LAP. Only signs provided by LAP are allowed.
