In fairness and eqjuity to all, selections will be by drawing on Friday, May 1 if we receie more requests for sponsorships than are available. Those selected will be notified no later than Tuesday, May 5 and provided with an oinline link for payment with a credit card or with instructions for remitting payment by check, depending on your preferred payment method. Be aware that a credit payment will incur an additional processing charge.

In order to print your included sign for your exhibitor table, we need your information and image no later than Thursday, May 7.
