Exhibitor/Vendor Table Packages:
Table A - $1,700.00 - Includes one (1) 8-foot wide draped table, and one (1) paid registration
Table B - $2,000.00 - Includes one (1) 8-foot wide draped table, and two (2) paid registrations
Table C - $2400.00 - Includes one (1) 8-foot wide draped table, two (2) paid registrations, and a full-page color ad in the 2019 conference ad book. Email conference ad digital images to firstname.lastname@example.org

Exhibitor/Vendor registrations are on-line only, on a first come first served basis. Register early.
Payment by Check
If registration payment by check is the only available option, please go to the Exhibitor/Vendor On-Line Registration Link, complete and submit the registration form, but do not proceed to the payment page. After submission of the registration form, please contact LAP Treasurer Cale Steines at 815-847-0784 or email@example.com for check mailing instructions.
Please limit the width of any background display to within the 8-foot standard table width.
Table order and placement in the exhibitor room will be drawn at random, no exceptions.
Additional registrations are $350.00 per person in advance, and $400.00 per person after July 6, 2019. Please include names/titles of additional persons when registering.
Exhibitors/Vendors are responsible for making sure all printed materials have a union bug. Exhibitors/Vendors using materials otherwise printed “in house” must purchase a 20 x 30 sign for an additional $50 fee from LAP stating support for organized labor and LAP. Only signs provided by LAP national will be allowed.
Exhibitors/Vendors are responsible for their own property and manning their own tables. It is strongly suggested to secure any valuables when the conference is not in session.
Exhibitors/Vendors are responsible for travel, hotel reservations and business office expenses.
No Exhibitor/Vendor is authorized to exhibit or distribute any materials without the purchase of a table. Any items that you wish to sell must be approved by LAP's executive board prior to the conference.
Table set up time is 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 14, 2019. Exhibits open at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday and close on Thursday, July 18, 2019. All materials should be packed and removed from the room by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
Cancellation prior to June 1 will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation after June 1, no refund.
We will be using a conference mobile app feature this year and it is important that you provide all of the information requested on the application form. This will ensure your organization is accurately and properly represented on the app.
