Members of Labor Assistance Professionals have the opportunity to be recognized with the LAP-C designation. Information about the certification and re-certification process can be found in the documents below.
- You must be a dues-paying member of a recognized LAP chapter to qualify.
- New LAP-C applicants in need of a mentor should contact their chapter chairperson for direction.
- New LAP-C applicants and mentors should download and print the LAP-C Certification Application document and complete and submit all required documentation to Diversys Learning as directed.
- Members certified as a LAP-C and applying for re-certification should download and print the LAP-C Re-Certification Application and complete and submit to Diversys Learning as directed.
- All completed documentation must be sent by U.S. Mail to:
