This section is for organizations interested in purchasing an exhibitor table package or premium sponsorship for the 2025 Labor Assistance Professionals Conference.
Exhibitor tables for the 2025 LAP Conference are sold out with a maximum allowed 56 tables sold. Thank you everyone for your participation and support.
Exhibitors may still register for a table on a standby basis only until April 30. You will be placed on a waiting list in the order in which the registration form was received. If there is a cancellation, you will be notified immediately.
Premium sponsorships are available until April 30. Only exhibitors who have already purchased a table are eligible for an upgrade with a premium sponsorship. If you are interested, please call Noelle Sakamoto at (650) 520-6994, or email at noelle.eap1781@yahoo.com.

Included in the document are the call letter, exhibitor/vendor table package information, guidlines and requirements, premium sponsorship informaiton, and ethical expectations. This year, for the first time, LAP is offering two purchase options for consideration. The first option is our past standard purchase of either Table Package A, B, or C. The second option is the opportunity to purchase a Premium Sponsprship, wich includes all Table Package C benefits.

Option 1 Offers the Following Table Package Choices and Fees:
(A) $2,200 Includes one (1) 8-foot-wide draped table, and one (1) registrant.
(B) $2,600 Includes one (1) 8-foot-wide draped table, and two (2) registrants.
(C) $3,000 Includes one (1) 8-foot-wide draped table, two (2) paid registrations, and a full-page color ad in the 2025 conference book.

All Table Package C Benefits.

Lunch Sponsorship (only six available) $10,000
